How To Use

Mix 1tsp (5g) in 250mL warm (not hot) milk of your choice or water, 1 hour before bed. Sweeten with Manuka honey or stevia to taste. Take an additional serving at bedtime if required.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
